The “Wielki Błękit” Recreation Center in Łukęcin
(valid from January 1, 2018)

  1. For the sake of a safe, peaceful and pleasant stay at the “Wielki Błękit” Recreation Center in Łukęcin, we kindly ask you to read and comply with the provisions of this Regulations. On the basis of a correctly paid reservation (preliminary contract), the Center undertakes to book and provide services at the Center to the indicated persons and on the agreed date. The final contract is concluded at the time of check-in for the Guest’s stay at the Center within the time limit resulting from the previous reservation. Transfer of rights from the contract to another person (s) than indicated in the reservation requires the prior consent of the Center.
  2. In the event of cancellation of the contract at least 14 days before the date of arrival indicated in the reservation, the Resort returns the booking deposit paid in single amount and without interest, to the given bank account, within 14 days. This deposit is not refundable in the event of later cancellation of arrival at the Center. It is agreed that not arriving at the Center no later than by 16:00 the day after the date indicated in the booking means withdrawal from the final contract.
  3. Upon arrival, please report to the Reception to allocate a room and check-in all guests who have previously been paid for, and to pay the tourist tax and other charges resulting from the ordered services.
  4. At the latest at check-in, please provide identification documents for all persons to be registered at the Center, including PESEL numbers. At the same time, we would like to inform you that the Center, as a data controller, processes the personal data obtained solely for the purpose of performing the contract.
  5. The rooms are available for days starting at 16:00 and ending at 10:30 the next day. Please report your wishes at the Reception desk in advance regarding the extension of your stay at the Center – at the latest on the eve of the departure date agreed with the Center. We will try to take into account wishes in this regard, if possible by making the same room available for the further period indicated by the Guest.
  6. If, when booking, the Center did not confirm that it was possible to meet the Guest’s special expectations for the room within the indicated period (e.g. building, floor, room location, other) rooms are allocated according to the current state on the Guest’s arrival. Upon arrival at the Center, such expectations may be met, however, depending on the room options and availability at the moment.
  7. Valuable items, jewellery, money, etc. should be deposited in the safe at the reception (free service, available during the entire stay at the Center). If the Guest has not deposited valuable items into the deposit, we assume that the Guest is not interested in securing them against loss or damage and releases the Center from liability in this respect.
  8. Each time before leaving the room, please check whether it has been properly closed and return the key to the Reception. In case of losing the key we will be obliged to charge the guest a flat fee for replacing the lock and keys (PLN 100.00).
  9. We allow guests with small pets (dogs, cats) to stay in the rooms of the “Country House”. During our stay at the Center, we ask carers for proper care and care for animals.
  10. Meals ordered by guests are served and consumed in the Resort’s Dining Room during the hours given on the information board before entering the Dining Room. During meals, the Dining Room is not available to guests who do not use these services. Guests enter the Dining Room based on the Nutrition Cards received at the reception on the day of arrival. Nutrition cards should be delivered to the Reception Desk on the day of departure. In the event of a loss of the Nutrition Card, we will be obliged to charge a flat fee of PLN 20.
  11. Some dinners can be served to guests outside of the Center (“Dinners Under the Thatched Roof in the Blue Tavern”).
  12. Please do not bring meals, food, drinks, etc., and cutlery outside the Dining Room, if the need for a meal outside the Dining Room has not been previously reported at the Reception and this need does not arise from special circumstances, e.g. guest illness.
  13. In exchange for a meal in the Dining Room, the Guest may receive a substitute lunch (packed lunch) if the Guest reports such a need at the Reception at the latest on the previous day. In other cases, Guests are not entitled to any substitute benefits or a cash refund in the event of cancellation by the Guests of all or part of the previously ordered meals.
  14. We provide a change of towels and bed linen after 7 (seven) days of stay.
  15. During the stay, room cleaning is done on request. The need to clean the room (and, if necessary, earlier replacement of towels or bed linen) should be reported to the reception or by hanging a special pendant located in the room outside the room before 10.00.
  16. We provide our guests at the Center (without additional charges):
    1. badminton court, volleyball and basketball court, table tennis – with equipment – in the order of applications at the reception,
    2. boule equipment (pick up at the reception),
    3. playground for children under 10 years (supervision of child carers required),
    4. library,
    5. Wi-Fi and an internet corner at the Reception (due to the location of the Center Internet disruptions possible),
    6. safe,
    7. luggage storage,
    8. storage room for sports and recreation equipment brought by guests.
  17. In July and August, the Center may also offer (without additional fees) classes for children from 4 years of age in the “Holiday Kindergarten” (the terms of participation are set out in separate regulations), or additional attractions for children and adults as part of the “Solar Academy” program (Summer Program).
  18. The temporary or permanent inability to use the services offered to Guests does not entitle to replacement benefits or monetary compensation other than the reimbursement of amounts already paid for these services.
  19. For an additional fee we provide guests with a guarded car park at the Center. Cars from the car park are issued on the basis of a parking card issued by the Reception Desk, and upon leaving the Center at the end of the stay after presenting the payment receipt issued by the Reception. Please do not park cars in other places within the Center, as well as outside the Center.
  20. For an additional fee, we provide guests at the Center:
    1. Tennis Court,
    2. bikes,
    3. pool table, snooker, air hockey, table football
    4. laundry and drying room,
      – along with the equipment, in the order of notifications at the reception.
  21. Other seasonal attractions and amenities (e.g. massage parlor) are available to guests on the conditions and for payment specified in the price list.
  22. We ask for careful and safe use of sports and recreational equipment, as well as proper care for children. The resort is not liable for damages resulting from the lack of supervision over children, sports injuries, etc.
  23. In the event of failure to return taken sports equipment or return in damaged or incomplete condition, or damage to the room equipment, etc., additional fees will be charged.
  24. Persons not registered at the Center are not requested to stay at the Center from 22:00 to 7:00 (quiet hours). The guest is responsible for the proper behavior of people visiting him in the room, as well as for not leaving the Center by these people in the above-mentioned hours – in the latter case the fee per night of the person not reported earlier and in the Center not registered is twice the fee for the room rented by the Guest.
  25.  In the interest of rest of guests at the Center, please refrain from noise, playing music, games, etc. during the quiet hours (from 22:00 to 7:00). Please do not drink alcohol (also beer and other alcoholic beverages) outside the room occupied by the guest.
  26. Smoking cigarettes is allowed only in places designated at the Center. In particular, please do not smoke cigarettes in the rooms, in the Dining Room, in the Reception rooms and in other generally accessible areas of the Center.
  27. We ask you to safely and carefully handle the equipment in the Center, including rooms, as well as equipment and devices brought to the Center. For security reasons it is not allowed (in particular):
    1. kindling and burning bonfires, barbecues, etc. by guests at the Center,
    2. using in the Center (in particular in rooms) electrical appliances that are not equipped with the room: kettles, heaters, stoves, etc.
  28. On the day of departure, please leave the room by 10:30 at the latest. Before leaving the Center, please provide room keys and food cards at the reception, and make payment for all unpaid amounts at that time related to the stay in the Center.
  29. In the event of early resignation from the stay in the Center, no refund of the advance payment is made, and the Center is entitled to the remaining remuneration agreed in the reservation.
  30. Accommodation with pets is only possible in the “Village House” building. We oblige our guests arriving with animals to comply with the rules in force at the Wielki Wielki Recreation Center:
    1. only pets (non-aggressive dogs, cats) can stay in the hotel,
    2. animals should be kept in the owner’s rooms,
    3. dogs must be walked on a leash and in a muzzle, under the care of the owner or authorized person and have a valid vaccination certificate,
    4. animals cannot be shown around the Center to meet physiological needs,
    5. animals are not allowed to enter the dining room and the “Blue Tavern”,
    6. animal owners are obliged to clean up waste left by animals in the area and around the Center,
    7. all damages to the property of the Center or the property of other guests caused by animals will be valued by the hotel management and their owners will be charge,
    8. for not informing the reception of the Center about having an animal in the room, a fine of PLN 300 will be imposed.
  31. If you leave your items in the room, the Center will endeavor to contact the person who left them and to agree on the method and terms of returning the item, including the cost of sending it back. If it is impossible to determine the owner of the thing, no contact, etc., the Center will store such things for a period of 3 months. After this date, the Center may consider such things as abandoned and decide on the fate of such things.
  32. If, pursuant to the contract or the Regulations, the Center is entitled to a refund, the payment is made to the account provided by the authorized person, after deduction of mutual amounts due to the Center.
  33. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be considered by common courts competent for the plaintiff’s seat in such a case.
  34. We strive to constantly improve the quality of services provided to guests. As far as possible, we try to take into account the comments and suggestions of guests in this area, for which we also thank. Any reservations regarding the Center’s services, their quality, etc. should be reported at the Center’s reception desk, as soon as possible, no later than when leaving the Center.
